Michelle Iori: Accounting

Michelle Iori heads up the accounting department. Michelle’s background in accounting and lengthy resume have prepared her for this demanding position. She is a consummate professional, garnishing meticulous detail and precision.  Michelle oversees all areas of accounting and reports directly to Tim Hensley. She has set the pace over the last several years with her unmatched and unwavering business acumen. Karen Daniel: Accounting

Karen Daniel works in concert with Michelle Iori to keep Hensley Custom Building Group functioning at a high level. Karen has been and remains a critical asset to our company. Her experience, intelligence and grasp of financial matters have made her invaluable. Karen is responsible for daily accounting, construction draws and strategic planning. Her ability to multi-task has allowed her to migrate from various departments within Hensley Custom Building Group. Karen’s personality and joyful sprit foster an energetic atmosphere within the office workplace. She is a leader,and stalwart within Hensley Custom Building Group.

Scott Lovell: Project Superintendent

With well over 26 years of construction knowledge and expertise Scott Lovell has established himself as an elite Project Superintendent. His resume boasts well over 100 custom homes each having their own set of  challenges. Scott works daily with Tim Hensley, project coordinators, homeowners and contractors. He has remained a pillar of consistency, being the longest tenured employee. Scott Lovell’s knowledge base, internal drive and overall focus on quality have made him an irreplaceable fixture within Hensley Custom Building Group.

Joe Heidelberg: Project Coordinator

Joe Heidelberg brings creative and innovative thinking to the forefront. A recent graduate of the University of Cincinnati, with a degree in construction management, Joe works extensively with our contractors, clients and potential homebuyers. He had worked several years in commercial construction before making the transition to residential construction. Joe Heidelberg has emerged as a rising star within Hensley Custom Building Group. His attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail have made Joe a valuable asset within the company.

Andre Frazier:  Project Engineer

Andre Frazier is an exciting new addition to our team. Andre is a graduate from The University of Cincinnati with a degree in finance/ real estate. Before working for Hensley Custom Building Group Andre spent five years in the NFL, one season with our Cincinnati Bengals and four with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He has played on two Superbowl winning teams earning two championship rings. Andre now supervises, assists and works directly with our contractors,project coordinator,and superintendent. His passion, enthusiasm, and dedication have allowed him to excel within Hensley Custom Building Group.
